Over the past couple of years I had a few messages regarding unclaimed money in Australia I could be entitled to. I could see no reason why anyone in Australia owed me money. I assumed a scam and ignored these. YMRS contacted me by phone, told me some facts about the claim which then started to make sense and gave me an email address and contacts to check authenticity. I was still very dubious and assumed still some scam but decided to proceed and authorise YMRS to make the claim – just to see what the scam actually was. I assumed all the amount owing would be absorbed in their fees despite the fee level agreed to. YMRS were excellent and very efficient at sorting out the required documentation I needed to provide and always helpful with advice. In the end the money arrived in my bank account and the fee was just what was always advised it would be – very moderate and reasonable. No scam at all. I was very pleasantly surprised and can vouch for their trustworthiness, efficiency and helpfulness. A wonderful service.
